






On the same day as the Workshop, Patty participated as a member of the RMDMA's 30 Ideas in 90 Minutes breakfast presentation. The panel discussed how to acquire and retain customers and build loyalty as well as how to turn loyal customers into advocates who recommend your services to their friends and colleagues. Each panelist presented two slides on each of the following topics: Acquire new customers; Retain customers; Build loyalty; and Gain advocates. Patty discussed business-to-business list profiling, using a list broker, implementing IVR (intelligent voice recording) to build relationships, and reactivating lapsed customers using dimensional advertising, among other ideas for her part of the panel.
